Before You Arrive
"The journey begins long before the first step."
Opening Hours
The info booth opens on Thursday at 12:00, and on Friday and Saturday at 10:00.
Please note that it is not possible to enter the venue before these times without your wristband.
Wednesday early arrival (May 6) — a little extra for long-distance travellers
As a small bonus on top, this year we are opening the gates a day early for those who have a long way to Roudnice and would rather not set out at the crack of dawn. Treat it as a friendly gesture — come at your own pace, pitch your tent, grab dinner at the catering, and wake up already inside Con Morhen.
There is also one practical cherry on top: you receive your wristband on Wednesday, so on Thursday at 12:00 you can walk straight into the festival without queueing at the info booth.
Visitors holding a full-festival ticket may arrive already on Wednesday, May 6, between 18:00 and 22:00. Those who also hold a tent ticket may pitch their tent and stay overnight on site.
On Wednesday evening, catering, the teahouse, and possibly some merchants will be open. No program runs on Wednesday — the program begins on Thursday at 12:00.
Visitors staying overnight from Wednesday to Thursday in their tents have access to an exit toward the town, but cannot enter the rest of the festival grounds until the festival officially opens on Thursday at 12:00.
The sport hall does not open on Wednesday. The hall is available only from Thursday at 10:00.
Parking
Unfortunately, there is no parking lot large enough for festival visitors directly associated with the castle gardens in Roudnice nad Labem. If you are planning to come to Con Morhen by car, we recommend scouting out where you will park in advance (there are both paid and free parking spaces available in Roudnice).
For both ecological and economic reasons, we strongly recommend offering your spare car seats for carpooling, for example, in our Hype Morhen group.
Payments and Cash
Card payments will be accepted at the info booth and at all bars. However, the payment method for vendors and artists in Artist Alley is at the sellers' discretion. We therefore recommend setting off for the event with some cash on hand. Past experience shows that the demand for cash can quickly empty the local ATMs on the nearby square.
You can also use the cashback service at the info booth for a 2% fee on the withdrawn amount.
Accommodation Info (Camps and Tents)
For the upcoming festival, we have an update to increase your comfort: flush toilets! Portable toilets will be limited to the absolute minimum.
Showers will also be available to visitors in the tent camp. They will be accessible for a small fee and will be time-limited to prevent water waste and ensure that everyone gets a turn.
Sport Hall
For visitors staying in the sport hall, here is the address and navigation:
C7H8+F6 Vědomice, Roudnice nad Labem
Open in Google Maps →
It is a 15–20 minute walk from the festival grounds. The hall opens on Thursday at 10:00 (it is not available on Wednesday).
Conduct in Roudnice
We kindly ask you to behave respectfully and considerately toward the local residents during your stay in Roudnice nad Labem. Please respect quiet hours, especially outside the festival grounds. Please use only the official toilets—nature (and the bushes) around the castle is not a public restroom.
Getting to Roudnice
The easiest connection from Prague is by train from the Main Railway Station (Hlavní nádraží). The journey takes about an hour. According to current timetables, the last train to Prague leaves at 22:40 (we recommend verifying this information just before the event). This option is ideal for those who do not plan to stay overnight or are only coming to Con Morhen for one day. For other connections, we recommend checking current timetables.
Road Closures
Please check for current road closures in Roudnice nad Labem online before your trip. Important for those staying in the hall: the bridge in Roudnice is open to pedestrians, but not to cars.
Taxi in Roudnice
If you need a taxi (for example to move between the festival grounds and the sport hall or the train station), we recommend supporting local business and reaching out to the Roudnice-based driver who contacted us about the event:

Departure
There is no specific program on Sunday. Catering will stay open roughly until noon and some merchants may also be around, but Sunday is mainly meant for sleeping in after Saturday, having breakfast, packing up and heading home in peace.
Please understand that most of our staff and organisers are people with regular day jobs, so after three days of festival we, too, need a moment to catch our breath. Thank you for your understanding — and have a safe trip home!
