If you can't attend the event, you can transfer your ticket to someone else, but only with our assistance. Resold or otherwise transferred tickets will not be valid.

There isn't a costume requirement, but there is a requirement for formal attire. It can be historical, fantasy, or a classic modern evening gown. We also emphasize that people should avoid wearing shoes with metal heels due to the floors at Střelnice.

Tickets will be available on-site at a specified time. This year's prizes will be divided into two categories: small and large raffles. Winners of the small raffle can claim their prizes immediately upon winning, while the winners of the large raffle will be announced on stage later in the evening (specific times will be disclosed in the final program).

No, only cash payments are accepted at the bars.

The ticket deadline is 5 days. After five days, tickets are usually canceled. We'll inform you about the cancellation via email.

Tickets are sold until the 25th of January, which is two days before the ball, due to payment processing on our end. Therefore, it's not possible to purchase a ticket at the venue.

We typically process tickets every morning and evening. In the case of immediate payment, you should receive the ticket in your email within 24 hours.
